Court to allow class action suit against Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart got some bad news today...They are to be respondents to the largest class action lawsuit in history...This is good news for Herstory..."The lawsuit alleges that the company's "strong, centralized structure fosters or facilitates gender stereotypes and discrimination." Women have been paid less than men in the same position, Women have been presented with fewer opportunities to rise in the company...Women account for more than 70% of hourly workforce, but less than 1/3 of store management is female...Not to mention the impact that they have on women from third world countries, who are exploited to make 'cheap' goods which are marketed at inflated prices which undercut NorthAmerican business's, putting them out of business...
